Today, Governor Shumlin signed H.11. This is an important day for those of us who understand the need to work to find a way to deal with our state's prescription drug abuse problem. I am proud that, as a Freshman, I was able to help passage of this bill by working across party lines in both chambers to tell our community's story and begin what will be an on going conversation as to how we can make further progress on this issue.
